How it works

The coaching relationship is open-ended but it's not indefinite. My objective is to help you reach your goals and then have you live your best life beyond our relationship. Change can happen quickly and sometimes it takes a little longer. We start with a 3 month commitment and then take stock of where we are. My goal is to help you be the greatest version of yourself!

I approach my clients with the belief that each one is creative, resourceful, and whole.  To that end, I do not problem solve or dispense advice. Instead, I create a conversation using particular types of questions and exercises that helps you identify solutions and next steps. It is an intuitive and client-driven process. A powerful benefit is this:  you own the solutions because they emerge from your own values. And that makes putting them into action much easier and more natural.

Because it's important to have a good match between client and coach - and because being coached may be a new experience - I offer a complimentary coaching session. This allows us to see if we’re a good fit and offers a sample of what coaching can do. The sample session turns an abstract idea into a concrete experience. 

I offer 45 minute sessions every week or every other week on the phone (or facetime or skype) with email and text communication available between sessions. The cost ranges from $250 - $500 per month depending on the arrangement we work out.
